07-08-2008 - Chris Watts Releases New CD
Chris Watts and the musical group Kindred Voices has released their latest album 'I Heard A Bird Sing In The Dark of December'.  This is a Christmas album of their eclectic style of Celtic, Folk and New Age music.  Their first album was titled 'Rosemary for Remembrance'.  For more information about the album and Chris go to www.kindredvoices.net .




04-28-2008 - Laurie (Hymas) Lundberg and husband Scott to serve as mission presidents in the Romania Bucharest Mission.
James Scott Lundberg, 56, Romania Bucharest Mission; Bennion 4th Ward, Bennion Utah Stake; ward Young Men president; former bishop, high priest group leader, Scoutmaster, counselor in a stake Young Men presidency, elders quorum president and missionary in the Finland Mission. Attorney, Lundberg & Associates. Born in St. George, Utah, to Allen James and Ila Claire Stucki Lundberg. Married Laurie Hymas, seven children.
A stake Relief Society president, Sister Lundberg is a former ward Relief Society president, ward Primary president, counselor in a stake Young Women presidency and gospel doctrine teacher. Born in Ogden, Utah, to William Merrill and Anna Darlene Coop Hymas.

03-27-2008 - Terri (Ashman) Bowman and husband, Mark, to serve as mission presidents in Georgia Macon Mission
Mark Oliver Bowman, 55, Georgia Macon Mission; Canyon View 9th Ward, Orem Utah Canyon View Stake; counselor in the stake presidency; former bishop, high councilor, stake mission president, temple ordinance worker and missionary in the Nauvoo and Pennsylvania missions. Retired dentist. Born in Alhambra, Calif., to Newell Keith and Jean Annette Watters Bowman. Married Teresa Ashman, five children.
  A temple worker, Sister Bowman is a former ward Young Women president and counselor, Relief Society enrichment leader and teacher. Born in Fort Sill, Okla., to James Duane and Alice Lamon Melville Ashman.
